What Is My Agreement With Do Me a Favor, Etc. When Shopping?
At Do Me a Favor, Etc. we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Therefore, sizes of products are approximate.  We try very hard to give exact measurements, however, sometimes a manufacturer may slightly change the sizes of products, so long as the size is close in proximity to the size listed on the Do Me a Favor, Etc. website or shown in person, we do not deem the item to be defected or incorrect.  Due to variances in color settings on different types of computer monitors, color of actual items may differ slightly from the image you see on the website or are shown in person.

What Is The Minimum Quantity?
Do Me a Favor, Etc. has a minimum order requirement for most products on our website.  Minimum quantity is listed for each product in the product description.  You are welcome to place an order in any quantity above our minimum order.

How Do I Submit a Photo?
When submitting a photo to be used in a product, please send only JPEGs at your highest resolution to ensure the best quality outcome. Once submitted, a PDF will be sent back to you within 24 hours for your approval. Please respond within 24 hours to ensure proper deadline. All photos used in our products are deemed property of Do Me a Favor, Etc and may be used on our website or in advertising.

What Is Do Me a Favor, Etc.’s Product Availability?
Do Me a Favor, Etc. can usually ship all items within 5-7 business days.  On occasion, products may be backordered, at which time you will receive an email stating such.

What Is Do Me a Favor, Etc.’s Pricing & Discount Policy?
Do Me a Favor, Etc. prices are extremely competitive with those of other retailers in the industry.  We have a low price guarantee policy.  If you find the exact same item offered at a lower price elsewhere, please give us a call and we will be happy to match the price. Do Me a Favor, Etc. guarantees that you will receive the lowest price (excluding shipping costs) on all orders.  Competitor’s item must be an identical item. We cannot honor our price match guarantee program once the order has been shipped. However, what makes Do Me a Favor, Etc. unique is our “one-stop-favor-shop”, which means you receive a completed favor, not one that needs assembly or filler. All product pricing is based on per item piece, not minimum order requirements.

How are Orders Processed?
All orders will be processed in the order they are received; Do Me a Favor, Etc. usually process orders in the morning before 11:00am EST.  All orders received in the afternoon are processed the next business day.  No orders are processed on weekends.  Once an order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation stating such.

What is Do Me a Favor, Etc.’s Liability Disclaimer
At Do Me a Favor, Etc. all of our products are of highest quality and we cannot be held responsible for any allergies or reactions to any of our fillers or products.  We also are not responsible for any defects in fillers including seeds. All favors are shipped in pristine condition and should arrive accordingly.

How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order?
You may change or cancel your Do Me a Favor, Etc. order as long as the order has not been processed.  All cancellations or changes MUST be made in writing via email and not to exceed 1 business day from original order. (up to 2 business days from receipt of email confirmation) and shipped.  For all personalized items, once the order has been processed, we do not allow changes or cancellations to be made.  All changes and cancellations will be subject to a 20% restocking fee once the order has been processed.

What Are My Payment Options?
Do Me a Favor, Etc. accepts PayPal.  We also accept cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks.  All orders paid by personal check shall be processed and shipped once payment has been cleared and received.  No COD's and please do not send cash.  All prices listed on our Do Me a Favor, Etc. website are quoted in US Dollars.

What About State Sales Tax?
All orders shipped are charged 7% New Jersey state sales tax.

All information we collect is used solely to process transactions for commercial purposes.  Contact information (email address, telephone number, address, Etc.) from the order form is used to send your orders and information about our company to you.  Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you when necessary.  Financial information (billing address, Etc.) that is collected is used only to bill you for products and services and are not stored.

How Quickly Can I Expect To Receive An Answer To My E-Mailed or Phone Question?
You can expect a response from Do Me a Favor, Etc. within 24 hours maximum (unless your email or phone call was transmitted over the weekend or on a holiday).

How Are The Products Packaged?
For your convenience, all individual favors from Do Me a Favor, Etc. come complete with fillers and labels or tags and are packaged in a presentable box or bag.  All of our products are securely packed in bubble wrap and/or eco-friendly shredded paper dependent upon item and secured in a box.

Will I Receive An Email Confirmation Of My Order And Tracking Information?
Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped from our facility, Do Me a Favor, Etc. will send an email containing UPS, FEDEX or postal delivery and tracking information. Please note that orders placed without an email address will not receive delivery and tracking information

Once we receive a tracking number from the shipping service, it will be promptly send it to you, the customer

What Is Do Me a Favor, Etc.’s Commitment To Customer Service?How Do I Return An Item to Do Me a Favor, Etc.?
Do Me a Favor, Etc. is confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products.  However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund.  Please contact us via email within 5 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number.  We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.  Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges.  Please note that personalized products, perishable merchandise, special order items, handmade tags/labels, are not returnable.  Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging.  We must receive the return within 10 days from the day the return authorization was issued.  We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with Do Me a Favor, Etc. via email within 5 business days of receiving your order.  Please note that Do Me a Favor, Etc. is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier (UPS or postal service).  However, Do Me a Favor, Etc. will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
